Welcome to Keralite Nikah™. By accessing our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal marriageable age as per Indian Law (18 years for females and 21 years for males). This platform is strictly for individuals who are legally single, divorced, or widowed and seeking marriage.

2. User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain decorum. Any form of harassment, use of fake photos, or commercial solicitation is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.

3. Payment Choice (Android App)

Android app users have the choice to pay via Google Play's billing system or other secure alternative payment methods provided within the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Keralite Nikah™ is a matchmaking intermediary. While we encourage ID verification, we do not guarantee the character or claims of any member. Users are responsible for their own background checks before proceeding with a proposal.

Privacy Policy

This policy outlines our compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the IT Act of India.

1. Data Collection

We collect personal information such as name, age, gender, location, community, education, profession, and photos for the purpose of creating a matrimonial profile. We also collect phone numbers and email addresses for account verification and communication.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used solely for finding suitable matches within our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to enhance our services:

• Google Firebase: For secure data storage, authentication, and notifications.
• Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases.
• Razorpay: For secure alternative payment processing.

4. Data Rights & Control

You have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your data via the app settings at any time.

Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all personal information from our platform:

Once deleted, your profile, photos, and records will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.

Manual Request: You can also request deletion by emailing keralitenikah@gmail.com with your Profile ID.
