Terms and Conditions - Keralite Nikah™

By registering or using the Keralite Nikah™ mobile application and website, you legally agree to these terms. This platform is a matchmaking intermediary designed to help you find a life partner for marriage.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Age: At the time of registration, females must be 18 years of age or older, and males must be 21 years of age or older.
Status: You must be legally Single, Divorced, or Widowed.
Purpose: This platform is strictly for matrimonial purposes. Use of the app for dating, casual friendship, or commercial solicitation is strictly prohibited.

2. User Obligations & Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information about yourself. Providing false data or using someone else's identity/photos will result in immediate termination of your account without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Membership & Payments

We offer various premium plans (Silver, Gold, Prime, etc.) that provide advanced matchmaking features. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the specified fees via Google Play Billing or our authorized payment processors (Razorpay).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments for premium memberships are non-refundable once the service is activated. Under Indian law (Consumer Protection Act), digital services that provide immediate access to information (such as viewing contact details or sending messages) are considered "consumed" upon activation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or find a match elsewhere after paying.

If you experience a technical billing error, please contact us at support@keralitenikah.in within 48 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Keralite Nikah™ is a matchmaking intermediary. We do not perform physical background checks or verify the character of members. You are strongly advised to conduct your own independent verification and family inquiries before making any matrimonial commitment. We are not liable for any damages, emotional distress, or financial loss arising from interactions with other users.

6. Content & Conduct

Harassment, abusive language, or posting inappropriate/obscene content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor user activity and take action, including permanent bans, against any user who violates these safety standards.

7. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
