1. Eligibility: As per Indian Law, Females must be 18+ and Males must be 21+ to register. You must be legally single, divorced, or widowed.

2. Conduct: This platform is for matrimonial purposes only. Scams, harassment, or sharing inappropriate content will result in immediate termination.

            3. Refund Policy:
            Alternative Payments (Razorpay): All direct payments are final and strictly non-refundable once the plan is activated.
Google Play Billing: Refunds for purchases made via Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies. Users must request such refunds directly through the Google Play Store.

        

4. Liability: We are an intermediary. Users must perform their own background checks before proceeding with marriage proposals.

Profile Information: Name, age, gender, location, community, education, and profession.
Media: Photos you upload to your profile and gallery.
Contact Details: Phone number and email address for account verification and communication.
Usage Data: App interactions, interests sent/received, and profile visits.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to enhance our services:

Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases on Android devices.
Google Firebase: For secure data storage, authentication, and push notifications.
Razorpay: For secure alternative payment processing. We do not store your credit card or bank details.

User Rights & Control

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile details at any time via the app settings.
Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the app settings or by contacting support.

Account & Data Deletion

At Keralite Nikah™, we give you full control over your data. If you wish to stop using our services and remove your information from our platform, you can do so easily.

            How to delete your account:
            Open the Keralite Nikah™ app.
Go to Settings (gear icon).
Tap on Account Details.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

        

Once you confirm deletion, your profile, photos, interests, and all personal records will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at keralitenikah@gmail.com from your registered email address. Please include your Profile ID (e.g., KN-123456) in the request.
